I have given my phone and ipad on 18 October 2014 for an assessment and asked to be quoted before a repair was done. after weekly visits to the branch and being constantly redirected I was only told a few weeks ago that they have lost/disposed of my devices. they tried using the disclaimer that if goods weren't fetched they can dispose of it, however, I refused to accept that as I enquire of it almost weekly. <br> <br> in October, they said that they can either compensate me or I can pay a difference for a working device regarding the iPad. I asked for feedback for both devices. I got none. this week I was told that they looking for phone records to see if they had called me to fetch the device. this strategy was used many times by many people before a stalling tactic as was simply directing me to new staff members so that staff that is well aware of the fault/query does not have to deal with the issue that is obviously on their side. I have seen numerous queries from this company that are similar to mine
