Appliance Clinic

I asked them to fix my washing machine. They sent someone out who told me that the pump needed replacing, and according to him he replaced it. This was on 28 November, 2024. I paid them about R1300. The machine broke down again just before Christmas, 2024. I tried unsuccessfully to get hold of them and assumed they were on leave, but left numerous messages on their answering machine. Today is 13 January and there is still no reply. In the meantime, I contacted Table View Appliances, who sent someone out on Friday 10 January. He took out the "new" pump and showed us - it was clearly old, dirty and rusted. He then replaced the pump and also found a sock which had blocked the outlet. Appliance Clinic had **** to me. Please warn others. I would very much like to get my money back!
