Discovery Insure appointed "Appliance king" to assist with my claim. They do not contact you to inform customer what the plans are. They do not have a land line. So the customer is forced to call them on a cell number...even than there is still no service. I spoke to Samantha this morning@ 9am( 23/01/23) complaint about my air-conditioned that was installed on 21/01/23 is not effective, which I reported to the technician on 22/01/23, he was to speak to Samantha on 23/01/23.. I called Samantha at 9am on 23/01/23, informing her about the unit ,she promised to speak to the technician and get him to call me. At 5pm I call the technician, he did not know what I was talking about. Within seconds he called to let me know that she scheduled him to come out tomorrow (24/01/23) but she did not notify him the time. ....so I need to be at home the whole day????,
