I am very disappointed with the service I received from Appliance Technicians. They came to diagnose my fridge several times and even performed some repairs at a cost of R2 900, but the fridge is still not working. They later claimed that an additional part costing R4 600 was needed and asked for payment to order it from their supplier.
It has now been two full months and I still don’t have a working fridge. Despite several follow-ups, they rarely give updates and often ignore my messages. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional, especially after I have already paid for work and a part that has not been delivered.
At this stage, I am requesting a full refund for the part and any labour costs charged, since the service was never completed and my fridge remains unfixed.
I would not recommend Appliance Technicians based on my experience — poor communication, long delays, and lack of accountability.
