I am posting this as a follow-up to my previous review, as the matter remains unresolved.
Despite my earlier complaint and repeated attempts to engage with Appliance Technicians, the full refund has still not been processed. This is now several months after payment was made, and after it became clear that the service could not be completed and the fridge remains unfixed.
Communication has been inconsistent, with messages often ignored and no clear timelines provided.
Promises to revert or resolve the issue have not been honoured.
At this stage, the lack of action reflects poor after-sales service and a lack of accountability. I am still requesting a full refund for the undelivered part and unsuccessful labour, which is a reasonable and fair expectation under the circumstances.
I am extremely disappointed that this matter has dragged on for so long without resolution.
