Appliance Pro & One Stop Repair - BAD SERVICE!

Appliance Pro works in conjunction with One Stop Repair. I would NEVER recommend either one of them to anyone. Firstly, they never keep to the time they schedule, they have no respect for your time or schedule. They do not call or contact you to advise if they had any delays or if they need to re-schedule. They do not give estimates or quotations on work that needs to be done and just replace parts that does not solve the problem, expecting you to pay immediately, leaving you out of pocket and still with a machine not working. After payment, they left, saying they will come back, but 3 days later with literally endless follow-up calls and WhatsApp’s to them, they still have not come back. I am now left to source yet another service company to see if I can get my bosch dishwasher working again.
