Appliance Pro & One Stop Repair - BAD SERVICE!
Appliance Pro works in conjunction with One Stop Repair. I would NEVER recommend either one of them to anyone. Firstly, they never keep to the time they schedule, they have no respect for your time or schedule. They do not call or contact you to advise if they had any delays or if they need to re-schedule. They do not give estimates or quotations on work that needs to be done and just replace parts that does not solve the problem, expecting you to pay immediately, leaving you out of pocket and still with a machine not working. After payment, they left, saying they will come back, but 3 days later with literally endless follow-up calls and WhatsApp’s to them, they still have not come back. I am now left to source yet another service company to see if I can get my bosch dishwasher working again.

Appliance Pro, Great and Speedy service.
We dealt with Talent, who was very professional and arrived on time. The amount paid was about R100 more than we expected, but as promised we have not had any issues with our fridge again. It has been 2months since he repaired the fridge and he also gave some great advice to deal with our freezer.

Appliance Pro, Great and Speedy service.

Appliancepros - one man fake fridge technician - WORST
Never use this guy Mike - temporarily fixed our fridge, trying to get him back to fix properly, mmmm impossible even after booking several times to come back - completely fake website, looks great but useless workmanship. And it’s a one man band by the name of Mike. There is no we in that company or 6 month guarantee, there isn’t even a 4 hour guarantee. www.appliancepros.co.za About Us We are industry Accredited with comprehensive indemnity insurance. All work undertaken by qualified, certified technicians And carries a 6 month guarantee.

Appliance pro Cape Town - WORST appliance repairer
The worst experience of a service provider in nearly 10 years. The website looks great and professional but its a one man company, and the one man is Mike. Mike came to fix our fridge, it worked for 5 hours then stopped working again. Having paid Mike trying to get him back to do a proper job in fixing the fridge and he disconnected the water so we can no longer dispense drinking water from the fridge, he is yet to come back, promises he will come back, sets a time and never arrives. Then of course does not answer calls. DO NOT EVER use this company/person Mike, am even wondering if he is even qualified to fix what he has stated on his website. Stay clear we’ll away from Mike.

Bad repair job with no resolution
Initial conversations started off well. Was given estimates and told what could be wrong. They did not service my area, so had to take the fridge to them (was a small Red Bull fridge). Was told the board needed to be replaced and I gave the go ahead. Once I got the fridge back, i found several issues: Motor is loose and rattles, 1 foot is missing and lights do not work. The fridge did cool perfectly...till the next day when I found everything had frozen over, as there was no cut-off. I now had a Freezer! Sent my queries to him. Was told the reasons for the lights not working is because the bypassed the board, but they will look for a solution. No news about the freezing. Then all responses stopped and I was blocked on whatsapp
