A lot of times Discovery Insure claims handlers are very hard to get through to directly but Nongoba returned emails and calls super efficiently and got the claim completed perfectly and well within the time - Nongoba was brilliant - very impressed and am a happy client. Not impressed with service level Left messages to be called back, no one called back. Eventually spoke to someone to ask if pre authorization is required before surgery, was informed no. Have accidental cover, finally get to do a claim and get told Dotsure will only cover R2k for a R30k surgery bill. Certainly Dotsure does not keep to the advertising story lines.
Howz this for greed, an 80 year old lady was issued a policy by a FedHealth consultant that is “ideal” for a Young, Healthy Family Start up. How is it even possible for such a policy to be issued to an EIGHTY year old lady. This membership has been costing this old lady R4000 a month, she now needs a hip replacement and FedHealth are refusing to pay as she is on a Young, Healthy Family plan that was given to her directly from FedHealth, not even through a broker. This poor old lady has never had a medical claim up until now. Greed, that’s what it is and no real care for members.
Never use this guy Mike - temporarily fixed our fridge, trying to get him back to fix properly, mmmm impossible even after booking several times to come back - completely fake website, looks great but useless workmanship. And it’s a one man band by the name of Mike. The worst experience of a service provider in nearly 10 years. The website looks great and professional but its a one man company, and the one man is Mike. Mike came to fix our fridge, it worked for 5 hours then stopped working again. Having paid Mike trying to get him back to do a proper job in fixing the fridge and he disconnected the water so we can no longer dispense drinking water from the fridge, he is yet to come back, promises he will come back, sets a time and never arrives. Then of course does not answer calls. DO NOT EVER use this company/person Mike, am even wondering if he is even qualified to fix what he has stated on his website. Stay clear we’ll away from Mike.
THE worst service level ever. How Samsung can have them as a service provider is even more shocking. 4 weeks and still nothing to get a simple thing fixed on a washing machine. Best excuse, the appliance technician was stopped without a drivers license by the police - who employs a driver without a license. Samsung, this is shocking you use such an incredibly poor service provider on all fronts. Calls are never returned either by Liptronics. Samsung, take a look at all the complaints about Liptronics.
