Appliance Pro & One Stop Repair - BAD SERVICE!
Appliance Pro works in conjunction with One Stop Repair. I would NEVER recommend either one of them to anyone. Firstly, they never keep to the time they schedule, they have no respect for your time or schedule. They do not call or contact you to advise if they had any delays or if they need to re-schedule. They do not give estimates or quotations on work that needs to be done and just replace parts that does not solve the problem, expecting you to pay immediately, leaving you out of pocket and still with a machine not working. After payment, they left, saying they will come back, but 3 days later with literally endless follow-up calls and WhatsApp’s to them, they still have not come back. I am now left to source yet another service company to see if I can get my bosch dishwasher working again.

Planet Fitness Olympus Really Nivea setup clean, nice looking and well equipped. Sadly the very arrogant, entitled and very rigid attitude of the personnel make it a gym and get out experience.... Here a paying customer is just an irratation.... Don't even think this is a family friendly gym, it's not and..... don't dare questioning any thing! Even if you cleared it out before signing your contract and pay. All change after signing. They just want your money and don't want to see you again. Honesty what a horrible experience inside such a nice setup.

MTN Online - Bad Service!
I selected 2 phone contract deals from the MTN Online website which I was interested in. A lady phoned me back offering assistance with the deals and application, and she was very friendly. I thought this was going to be a painless and good experience, but I was so wrong and disappointed. First she got the deals wrong which nearly would have doubled my contract value. Then she did not phone me back at the time she said she would. The next day she phoned me, she informed me that one of the phones I wanted is out of stock already so I requested two of the same after asking her very specifically if she has stock which she confirmed. Then my son said he does not want that phone because he thinks he will be to hard on a flip phone. So I immediately sent her a mail requesting her to cancel only one of the flip contracts and continue with the other one. I stated in my mail that I will go to a store to see if I can find the S24 which my son wanted. When I went to the MTN Store I was advised that the lady I dealt with Online, cancelled my entire order and as if that is not enough, she blocked my profile so that no other MTN Store can assist me with deals. This is so unprofessional! I am livered. Just because she could not service me as a client with what I wants does not mean she should not grant someone else the opportunity to assist me. The lady I was serviced by was Thandeka Magwaza (MTN Online) My Order Number was 1-50690455331 I cannot believe that someone can be so mean when I was so patient and accommodating towards her. Really not impressed. Ellouise
