I received fantastic service. Lebogang was professional in all our interactions. She kept me updated at every step and followed up diligently. The consultant who called me to discuss everything, was well informed and answered all my questions.
Poor Service and could not use the app rewards, they let us wait 25 minutes and then came back to say they having a problem loading the coupons. They almost never have ice-cream and the last meal i ordered, was a chilli cheese burger and it was missing the jalepeno's and was basically just the burger and bun.
Fantastic Service from Mitchells Fibre, We did not wait long for installation, they called to make an appointment and arrived a little earlier, they worked quickly and neatly. Was connected within minutes after installation.
We dealt with Talent, who was very professional and arrived on time. The amount paid was about R100 more than we expected, but as promised we have not had any issues with our fridge again. It has been 2months since he repaired the fridge and he also gave some great advice to deal with our freezer.
After visiting 4 different Jet stores and calling 3 others before 2pm on Friday afternoon we were advised by staff members that the Verssed W1 and Verssed Platinum VP1 were sold out. Surely if the promotion was for the entire weekend enough stock should have been arranged. This is not the first we have experienced this matter with Jet Stores, with the same phones. Whenever they have promotions on these phones they are either sold out or out of stock. It is unacceptable to have such promotions and the only people that seem to benefit are the staff members and not the customers.
