Bad Attitude

Owners start to swear at clients when they are critizised about their bad service.

They are tremendously rude! They make arrangements and don't stick with it and wastes the clients' and epmloyees's time.

The fact that they will scream and use degrading words towards clients is mindblowing and wil certainly cause that I will NEVER do work with them or the companies with whom they are associated.
