I had a problem with being 'forced' to accept marketing material/sms's when requesting a quotation. Sent an e-mail instead and mentioned this. Almost immediately the MD, Mr A Reed, mailed an apology to me and cc'd me in on his correspondence with their IT partner. They have worked on their website and this anomaly could've crept in. I thanked Mr Reed. Not 10 minutes later the quotation was on my desk. What a breath of fresh air amid the complacency and downright bad service we have come to accept as the norm in Sefrika. May Aqua-Net continue to thrive and prosper!
