Unfair Dismissal and Request for Assistance

I am writting to seek assistance regarding my unfair dismissal from Aqua Transport and plant hire, where I was abruptly dismissed without a written explanation/ evidence, accused of *****ing coal ( Ekhwezi Mine) .

The event unfolded as follows: 1. The company lost coal and decided to test drivers without prio notice 2. I was called to the office, expecting a meeting to discuss the incident and future actions. 3. Instead, I was subjected to a polygraph test without informed consent. 4. The results were not disclosed to me but the controller ( Mr Jerald) later informed me that I was dismissed due to alleged theft 5. My contact information was removed from the company's whatsApp group by Jerald the controller. I was emotionally distressed and sight employment elsewhere. However, I discovered that my license was blocked, preventing me from working. Upon returning to my ex-controller, I was told to contact the company ( Ekwezini Mine) as the subcontracting company, but I lack documentation/ clarity on the paties involved

I request your assistance in 1. Unblocking my license to allow me to seek new employment opportunities. 2. Investigate the unfair dismissal and polygraph testing without informed consent 3. Obtaining my UIF benefit, as promised but not delivered. I have no written records, only phone conversations with my controller.

Please help me regain my opportunity to work and resolve this matter.
