Bullies that refuse to provide a upfront price
The mist bizarre sales process designed to bully the elderly!! I logged a query online for my dad and received about ten attempts to call me from different numbers in a few days even though I stipulated email contact only.
They refused to give me a price for their product insisting they must come and demo and it depends on the installation and option we decide on with the "product expert"
Although from their webpage there seems to be just one option and installation is free??? They defended this approach with marketing fluff
I do not let anyone into my elderly dads home if I am not pretty sure I'll be purchasing your product and you coming to smooth talk us into buying something that we may not be able to afford is disgusting. Its not rocket science to be able to tell a client hey know what our chairs are between R30 000 and R40 000 depending on the option please can we come show you.
But the absolute refusal to give me the information is ingenious and reeks of bullying - I don't care how awesome the entire process is as per the other reviews - I have a RIGHT TO KNOW WHAT MY POTENTIAL COSTS COULD BE UPFRONT
And guess what if you just shared the ballpark as I asked several times you would have possible sold us two chairs - such short sightedness

We are sorry you feel that way as we have been providing our services and products to our customer in South Africa for over 15 years. While we know this may not suite everyone, as referenced by yourself, the reviews show that the vast majority of our clients appreciate the service we offer and at no time do they feel bullied.
While we do offer free installation, that would only apply to a standard installation and there may be additional costs associated to the installation due to the bath layout or needs of our clients. If we quote a customer, verbally or written, we may be giving the customer an impression that the cost is either too high, or that we quote them too low.
You are correct that we do advertise only one model, however, we have other solutions depending on the customers needs and bathroom layout. While you may unfortunately find it frustrating, our priority is, as I am sure it is to you, the safety of our customers and we would not supply any of our goods without ensuring that it is safe, fit for purpose and that we provide accurate information.
We would still gladly assist you and your father with a no-obligation bathroom survey to ensure we can offer him a feasible solution and detailed quote.
