I had a new geyser installed in November 2015 and ever since, I have lost 60 litres of water a day. I had two (2) Kwikot technicians and 2 Insurance plumbers to my house on different occasions and still my problem was not resolved. Not once did the plumbers/technicians do proper checks to see what overflow is problematic.<br> <br> Two months and two weeks later (22 January 2016) I had to get another Kwikot technician out to my house to once again come sort out the problem. The problem was with the Safety Valve that the previous plumbers could not resolve. Then the third technician has also established that the Insurance plumbers have not sealed the drip tray.<br> <br> I have also received bad customer service from Kwikot's Serving department when I called to get the technicians back to my house. Things like, why am I calling them and not the plumber/technician
