I have send an email canceling my account with AQUAZANIA in November. I have sent emails too and I’m shocked to see them debit me again now in January 2026.
I have sent emails to preciousm@aquazania.co.za and JacquelineK@aquazania.co.za
They both ignored my cancellation in November after I told them I’m giving them one month notice.
I have sent an email both asking they refund me back as I don’t understand why the debited me.
