Exceptional taste
I am pleased to review Aquelle after buying another brand of water that I am not used to since Aquelle wasn't available. Aquelle always stands out and the best bottled water I'll always recommend because it has refreshing taste. I always thought all bottle waters are like Aquelle water but I was disappointed when I bought another brand that tasted like borehole water. Not only water but even sparking water, to Aquelle flavoured drinks, I have never been dissapointed. Keep it up Aquelle for your consistency in providing high quality of water

Flat Aquelle Sparkling Water Purchased at Checkers
We purchased 2x packs of 500ml of Aquelle Sparkling Water from Checkers, however upon opening it, the water was completely flat and not sparkling at all. This is disappointing as the product was sold and priced as sparkling water, yet did not meet basic quality expectations. I specifically bought it for the carbonation, which was nonexistent. Please advise on how this matter can be resolved, either through a refund or replacement, and what steps will be taken to ensure better quality control going forward

Amazing Service and Feedback from aQuellé's Marketing Team. I had reached out to them on email for an inquiry about a product that I wanted to purchase, which I could not find online for sale. Nonjabulo from the Marketing Team reached out to me and provided me with a Hamper with the product, as a show of good faith. Excellent service and great initiative from the Marketing Team. Where as other brands will turn away their customers, Quellé went thr extra mile and for that will always have my business. Top Marks!

FAITH RESTORED - aQuelle saved the day.
I previously wrote a review, I had bad tasting water and got really upset about it because, I just wanted to drink my water. aQuelle reached out in less than 24 hours to better understand the problem. They explained how their water processes work and why one would sometimes come across a change in the smell or taste of the water. I will say the explanation was clear, the representative who called was friendly and professional and my faith in aQuelle has been restored. (Thank goodness because the thought of trying to find a new brand of Spring Water that wont set off my paranoia was daunting). aQuelle arranged for the collection of the problematic water I had purchased and replaced same beyond expectation. It feels good to feel like a valued customer. I really just want to continue enjoying your water, it the brand my friends and family trusts.

aQuelle Water is getting suspicious (bad smell/taste)
I have purchased several 5l bottles, from Checkers on Jean Avenue and more and more I am coming across this foul smelling (like sewage or a drain-like scent) and horrible tasting water. Please do not reply with your generic contact us on Facebook and the website story. Can you just reply with the reason for this nasty water. aQuelle is my favourite because it has retained consistency and not had bad publicity like Valpre and other brands. What is the reason for this horrible tasting water??? Should we be worried? Should we probe for an investigation into whether or not is it in fact Natural Spring Water? Please reply with an answer and not the generic, detached response
