Spoiled chicken & failing to refund me
I am so disappointed, I am only posting this because they failed to resolve my issue when I was instore. I recently bought chicken meal at Steers Westville Mall and meat was off, smelling before it was cooked. Likely I opened food before going home. I returned the meal and the indian lady kept lying saying the chicken is fresh. I mean why would I return fresh food??? Anyway, she added lies with the person she was calling and said its the mild sauce that was off, they gave me hot chicken, it was still off and dark. I don't know a fresh chicken like that. I requested a refund for chicken then I would take pap and salad and she refused and said I had eaten the first chicken, I don't know who touched the chicken inside their kitchen course when I brought it, I had touched the drumstick side and couldn't eat it but when they brought it back they said I had eaten it. By the way I had to leave everything, both meal and my money....I really regret. Meat is not only smelling, it is even darker

Exceptional taste
I am pleased to review Aquelle after buying another brand of water that I am not used to since Aquelle wasn't available. Aquelle always stands out and the best bottled water I'll always recommend because it has refreshing taste. I always thought all bottle waters are like Aquelle water but I was disappointed when I bought another brand that tasted like borehole water. Not only water but even sparking water, to Aquelle flavoured drinks, I have never been dissapointed. Keep it up Aquelle for your consistency in providing high quality of water

Aquartz water tastes horrible
C***** Aquartz water disappointed me after buying a 5lt of water and it is worse than tape water. I bout it at Sasol garage and will never buy that water again. It tastes like a borehole water or some medicine

Excellent service at Ushaka marine restaurants
I am pleased by the delicious meals from Ushaka marine world restaurants. Sometimes I have to pass all restaurants nearby and reach Ushaka for delicious meals. Big up to Steers at Ushaka, after buying their cheesy jalapeño fries, I thought I’ll get the same in other steers franchises but was the worst. Please keep up wonderful service. Spur Ushaka, I love their fresh meals and environment and friendly waiters ever please keep it up and don’t get tired. Nandos Ushaka has best meals as well, please keep it up. Paranotis wow absolutely amazing, please keep it up and John Doris with the best sea food keep it up so we keep coming

Best cooling and tasty flavour
Since I tasted Ola joy vanilla ice cream flavour I have always enjoyed it and its the best for me. I keep them on my freezer as my daily snack this summer. Even if you don’t like sugar you’ll enjoy this vanilla coat, not too sweet. I highly recommend and has great value for it’s price

Poor service at Steers Berea centre near Boxer
I was not happy with the service I received here. They tell to go pay at Debonairs side but they allow others to order and pay at their Steers tills, I went to their till twice but still got the same response the other day, above that I did not enjoy their cheesy japeno chips. Some chips were not well cooked and their cheese was just odd and not appetizing. Had I not bought pizza as well I was gonna sleep hungry. I wasted my money going there

Okay but disappointed by the return policy and no exhange
I love their staff and promotions but there’s no option to exchange and when they pick up a return they charge you without clear information that they will take money from your return for that pick up before they refund you
