I previously wrote a review, I had bad tasting water and got really upset about it because, I just wanted to drink my water. aQuelle reached out in less than 24 hours to better understand the problem. They explained how their water processes work and why one would sometimes come across a change in the smell or taste of the water. I will say the explanation was clear, the representative who called was friendly and professional and my faith in aQuelle has been restored. (Thank goodness because the thought of trying to find a new brand of Spring Water that wont set off my paranoia was daunting).
aQuelle arranged for the collection of the problematic water I had purchased and replaced same beyond expectation. It feels good to feel like a valued customer. I really just want to continue enjoying your water, it the brand my friends and family trusts.
