Still waiting for banking details and settlement letter wow!!!

Im not sure why the staff of this company are so arrogant. Rcs handed me over and I made an arrangement to settle the account on the 10th March 2026. I have been waiting for the settlement letter with the banking details to make payment since Friday 6 March! According to Nasiphi and her Supervisor Amanda/Amanda the settlement letter was sent on Saturday. All im getting are smses stating I failed to pay and even those smses don't have banking details !! Nasiphi did NOT handle this well as im still waiting for the email with name details. Seems like this company does not wane money. My settlement offer has apparently since expired and I dnt qualify anymore. Please can these employees test their emails to see if they get delivered.
