I've had a personal loan with sanlam that i was paying off for 24months. I settled the account on the 9 March 2026 with the FNB banking details they sent to me. Sanlam has been calling me since then and when I answer I speak to a robot. They send non payment smses non stop even though the account is settled. Please update your records as I even sent the proof of payment to customercae@sanlamloans.co.za on 17 March 2026 at 14:11. Please i DO NOT WANT sanlam to deduct on my next pay day for me to struggle again to get my refund. Please sort this out urgently and CANCEL the debit order also update credit report. Your urgent assistance will be appreciated.
Im not sure why the staff of this company are so arrogant. Rcs handed me over and I made an arrangement to settle the account on the 10th March 2026. I have been waiting for the settlement letter with the banking details to make payment since Friday 6 March! According to Nasiphi and her Supervisor Amanda/Amanda the settlement letter was sent on Saturday. All im getting are smses stating I failed to pay and even those smses don't have banking details !! Nasiphi did NOT handle this well as im still waiting for the email with name details. Seems like this company does not wane money. My settlement offer has apparently since expired and I dnt qualify anymore. Please can these employees test their emails to see if they get delivered. Hi im a sanlam money saver client. I have an outstanding balance that I would like to settle. I have been receiving calls from ARA debt management. The account was handed over. Im getting sms from RCS on a daily basis also. I would like to settle my sanlam money saver account and request a 50% discount. ARA debt management has been no help to me at all. I am still waiting for the settlement letter from them. Rcs please help me. I called the customer care bt never get transferred to a human. Help! I want to settle and my credit profile to be updated.
Primes loans is fast with debi check and dont pay. Im going to the bank to cancel the debit check fast I hope they allow me. I think this is a ****.
Vodacom please pay my refund. My reference is EC-21MY-1VJGMG. Iv waited over 14 days. This company is useless. No proper processes in place. Employees in the refund department are so relaxed. No sense of urgency and very very poor customer service. Im so disappointed.
Vodacom owes me a refund. They double deducted from my account and said the money will be paid within 7-14 days. Im desperately needing the money and am not getting straight answers from vodacom. Iv submitted all the docs and today is day 16 since iv requested for the refund. Ref EC-21MY-1VJGMG. Absa. Please update my credit profile. I have paid up the vehicle 6 months ago and on my credit record the account is still 150+ days overdue and there's still an outstanding balance. I have sent emails numerous times. This account is affecting my livelihood and it's settled!!!
This is my second review. I logged a complaint with lewis on the 16 jan 2025 via their customer care line and I wrote a BaD review on hello peter. Lewis management is so useless !! I explained to them that on the 15 jan 2025 someone from Lewis Oxford Street did an enquiry on My credit profile without my consent! I qualified on 31 Oct 2024 for R21000 and I wasn't interested in taking any furniture. Since then the sales guy I forgot his name but I will go there tomorrow has been sending my information almost every 2 weeks to see if I still have a good score so that he can get a sale! It's the 28 jan 2025 today and just yesterday another enquiry was made on my credit profile and this is decreasing my credit score drastically!!! LEWIS PLEASE STOP THIS NONSENSE YOU ARE RUINING MY PLANS I DONT NEED FURNITURE OR APPLICANCES. I WILL SUE AS I HAVE TO APPLY FOR MY CHILDS HIGH SCHOOL AND MY SCORE IS DROPPING COZ OF LEWIS' STUPID STAFF ! I AM TAKING THIS UP WITH THE NCR WOW WHAT THE HELL IS THIS. Hi. I would like to lay a complaint against Absa Bank. Let me start by saying I was an absa customer since 2001 till 2020..after 19yrs I moved to another bank. Absa helped me buy my 1st car in 2014. My credit score was abit low, however they helped me out and I was grateful. I referred 2 friends with not so good credit scores as well and they got approved. The interest turned out to be ridiculous, it's 2022 and im still paying the car. My 2 friends who bought cars the same year are also still paying. After the 3 months payment holiday it seems like things are getting worse for me. I lost my job in 2020. My biggest fear was losing my car. I managed to pay it monthly bt i was really struggling being a single mother of 2 kids that are under 10. Long story short the bank assigned Rudie olivier to handle my account. He was very helpful bt in marh 2022 beginning of the month I paid over R5000 and R700 was not allocated until the 08 April I think and only because I had to call so many times . The car was repossessed on the morning of the 29 March 2022. Rudie demanded R6300 immediately. At the time I was still unemployed and asked to pay month end. He said my previous pay date was 27th monthly. I have informed the bank numerous times to change that. Anyway the guy who fetched the car was Hans. I'm based in EL. He said I must pay same day or next they will keep the car in EL. I managed to pay R5000 by the 1st April. They towed my car to PE. Total costs to get the car back within 10 days was 16180. They didn't think I would make it. By then I was owing less than R25k on the car. Imagine having to lose your car after 7 yrs for that amount. The bank had no mercy. The extra costs incurred almost seems deliberate. I paid the money in full. I fetched my car on the 8th April in PE. My child's pair of sneakers that he got for Xmas was stolen, my eye glasses were stolen, my boot had a dent. I reported this to the lady Melissa at the pe trade center. She blamed the guys in EL. The car was parked with the boot against the wall. At the time I inspected the car they said sorry its against the wall. I cudnt see it. I only noticed the dent when I was at the petrol station. Ive been busy hence this complaint is late. I have no reason to lie about these claims, I'm a mother and I feel like the bank exploited me big time. I would never ever refer anyone to absa. It's been a sad, hard, journey for me. I still owe them bt i have a job now. I think the settlement is R16000. Very disappointed at the way my car was damaged and goods stolen.
