These Morning at around 06:30 I was at Ndawo complex in waterfall midrand to pick up a clienti had to wait at the gate there was only on Security Officer I waited by the entrance for about 4 minutes,Officer was on the exit site assisting two vehicle I waited for him to finish,when done he could not notice me I had to hoot drawing his attention and he told me that he is trying to do his best by attending both exit and entrance,I then say to him you don't have to try you must do you job I asked him why I have to wait for that long and he said he is on his own then I asked him where are the others as I always find three of them and said they are not yet on duty he helped me I drove through,on my way back i drove to the other gate while driving then i asked my client how is a Security she said it is disgusting the Officers are always on their phone and they are rude , went out on the gate arrived at the gate I could see one guard sitting busy on the phone and I waited,I could see that he is not observant instead focusing on his cellphone I hooted and he jumped off the chair and put a cellphone in his pocket,he approached me asking why I am hooting I said was drawing your attention cause I can see that your focusing on your phone he keep on saying uydelela Mxxm and he proudly said you can report me my name is David or Daniel and could recall that he did give me attitude before I did not bother thought the poor officer had a bad day and a small tall officer came and assist the other old madala came support his colleague who gave me a stinking attitude and saying these other officer must not open for me a tall slender officer came to my window apologized to my client and me I think that was professional of the officer this David or Daniel I don't think is good for the company anyway that is for Aragon the experience is not good for Ndawo residential complex if this is the Officer are going to deal with clients in these unprofessional manner last I do respect Security Officer at Princint they are always friendly and helpful I know even some of them with names David/Daniel not good image for both complex and the company

Evening, I am writing this review with so much disappointment. This afternoon 25th November 2024, my husband was dropping off kids at INDAWO THE PRECINCT LIFESTYLE APARTMENTS and as my husband who is driving an Hyundai H1 bus approached the gate, the security guy opened for him with a code that was provided by the parents whom their kids were being dropped off and we fully got access to enter as their kids are still minors (6year old) and we could not leave them by the gate. the boom gate opened and the spikes reflected green for for him to enter but as he drove in the spikes popped all the four tires as it was malfunctioning and it indicated the green light for him to to enter. The security who was on duty from Aragon security group was very helpful as he admitted that its their gate that was faulty and the technicians were on site fixing the problem and had also switched on the main power on, both the security and the technician tested the gate again after the incident happen on my vehicle and discovered that it was still faulty. My husband was asked then asked to wait for the area manager MR Mthunzi who was supposed to guide us as to what should be done, after several attempts to reach him on his cellphone, he eventually he answered and responded by saying his sick and could not be of assistance and referred us to his manager MRS Ignatius. My husband got hold of MRS Ignatius and explained what had transpired and she just simply responded by saying they take full responsibility but we must purchase new tired from our own pocket and send them an invoice and they will pay. I am very disappointed with her response because I explained to her that we a a small business and we do not have the cash flow to buy 4 tires and it is also in the middle on the month and we are awaiting payments from parents and the bus needs to be towed to our house as it could not move due to the damage caused. That is when she responded by saying that unfortunately we are not the residents of the complex and we are not covered as their contracts is with complex tenants and not visitors. I am writing this complain to get help as I am really disturbed by this kind of treatment and responds as my husband was not trespassing the complex and he used the code that was provide by the parent whom their kid was being dropped off .
