I have never experienced such service in my life my parcel has been it customs for a week, I am cursing myself for not choosing Buffalo to courier my parcel to me. They have yet to bill me so means I must forget receiving my stuff before my trip Thursday.

I have ordered an item in china to the value of $15 and since the 3rd of September the item is still stuck at OR Tambo. It was sent via Aramex courier service from China. Why is it still stuck there for 7days parcel code 33870717742

Dropped parcel on 14 Dec in drop box. Started following up on 17 Dec as I cannot track the parcel. To date I have been told they will investigate. Still no tracking still no response or investigation that I know of. This is the 1st time that any courier service delivers such poor service. Hell just tell me did you or did you not collect the parcels from the drop box. If you did where the hell is it now? If not when will it be done.

We understand that this is a Covid time period and patience is required, but bad service !! Parcel PPA32975075315 (handed in 15/6/2020 was delivered to Gaberone on Friday (19/06/2020) last week. There tracking website says there is no such parcel and Aramex have not communicated with anyone. The parcel has email addresses, telephone numbers etc. They won't even talk to us as we delivered the parcel via Postnet Sunridge Park Port Elizabeth. Postnet have tried, but also, no response to the enquiry as to how to sort this matter out. We found out late yesterday that customs is payable. Fair enough, if you are aware of this parcel information and how to resolve the problem. We eventually received information via email to pay the customs on the parcel. The swift code for the bank deposit is incorrect !! Then to be told, it could have been COD a week ago. It is to an airport address. After being promised by the branch it would be delivered COD today. Guess what. Nothing !! As well as no response from the company again. Seriously unhappy about it being a week overdue. So much for a suprise in this trying time. Very dissatisfied with the service
