I've been waiting for my parcel since it was out for delivery since yesterday
I bought a sleeve and a manual slip and dropped off the parcel at shoprite Gillwell Mall East London on Wednesday 31 July 2024, upon tracking the parcel there is nothing about the shipment

They have double deducted my account and now I have to wait for 24hours for a refund, what nonsense is that and I have debit orders that are supposed to go off
I settled my credit card with a settlement amount I got from Nedbank consultant and when I called for them to close the account they said I was given an incorrect amount and I need to pay further R165 and they will close the account. They have not closed the account and yet they told me that credit cards incure interest daily
I have a refund of R13925 that I claimed at UNISA and up to this day I have not had any feedback and I submitted the claim on the 12 September 2022, only to be told that they have a backlog
I am expecting a parcel that was supposed to be delivered on the 09 September 2022 dispactched on the 29 August 2022 I have not received the parcel and no clear explanation has been given as to why I have not received my paracel I would not reccommend Paxi to anyone
I had study loans with Fundi that were supposed to end in February, I even received a refund and all of a sudden they deducted money from my account so I let them deduct the first one and I paid the other one because I thought maybe I was not supposed to get the refund. I applied for another loan on Tuesday because registration is closing on the 18 July 2022 upon requesting a feedback on my application I am told that those accounts are in arrears and the person that was helping me dropped the phone without assisting, on the 1st July I wrote an email to debtors@fundi.co.za but I was never assisted.
The high leve of incompetency, I called yesterday and today tracking my parcel that is in East London, I explained that I need to leave East london before that so if they can give me the number of the driver so that i can arrange for my parcel to be delivered before I leave I was put through to operations and the call keeps getting cut. Tracking number is TCG29993766
I applied for a cellphone and a tablet from Fundi, it was approved on the 11 June 2021 when I called DG Store for a follow up they said they were processing it because they got my order on the 14 June 2021 from Fundi, I called them on the 21 June 2021 they said they were dispatching my order and I called today 23 June 2021 they said the order is in the warehouse why did they lie and say they were dispatching it.
