THE COMPANY SHOULD ACTUALLY GET MINUS STARS !! Very unsatisfactory workmanship. No Certificate of Compliance issued for work done on the house's electrical DB board Municipality, so house not insured. Also, no guarantee's on any parts installed.
We have been supporting this Restaurant at King's Court, Buffelsfontein Road, Port Elizabeth for many, many years with functions, family dinners, takeaways and small quick bites when running late etc.... This is a definite must for a decent meal and one of the owners is always on hand. All the staff are very well trained. The staff know the products and are really efficient. This makes you feel like family and not as a guest !! RUGBY WORLD CUP POP UP FANCOURT Just a huge thumbs up to Andre and Doret for a magnificent evening at the "Fancourt" for the Rugby World Cup Final. We were not packed in like sardines like most places would have done, you and the staff handled everything efficiently without anyone realising any "mistakes". Someone at our table got chips instead of salad, within 5 mins, it was remedied. Bar Staff etc you guys did an amazing job !! A BIG WELL DONE FROM YOUR PATRONS.........

I had the privilege of dealing with 2 stores in bulk for Paxi parcels. My child had been hospitalised in Bloemfontein and after her operation, I couldn't pack the car with everything that was required. To Bloemfontein store 7289. I would truly say you are fantastic ladies and need to be highly recommended for their proffesional friendliness, efficiency and they were a delight to do business with. Even during loadshedding, they made things work to assist a fellow woman. I left parcels (loadshedding) and they sorted them the next day with my info. I was leaving for PE at 4.30am the next morning and couldn't fit the items in my car. 10 Parcels were sent in total. Thank you, you are all true BLESSINGS to your company and I trust they appreciate you for going above and beyond for the company. To the staff in PE. (Store 6114). Thank you as well. We have been trying for a week to sort out a problem. Promises made, but no delivery on the promises. We sent the correct documentation as requested ref: 20220328154754153124. On Monday mornwarly, we requested that they place this month to month phone onto a prepaid (as per their information) to port the nos to Vodacom. Vodacom own Cell C. Cell C then stated we have to give 30 days notice ! We have a battery issue on a 3 year old phone. It will not hold a charge so how can we wait 30 days? It is my daughters phone and ahe needs it for university. All her work is attached to this nos. We have throughout this weeek a few times a day contacted Cell C. Promises made by "Management" in the call centre. Lerato and Tanzaline Adams? To date, we are still waiting for any input. We offered to pay a penalty and the month of April 2022 on Monday already. Why can a holiday home not be left running for more than 30 days if requested to do so? I am having to call Jbg evry few days as the WhatsApp doesn't reconnect, even though it is telling me it has. Can someone help me resolve this?
Acc 8777584888 We cannot seem to get in contact with them on email or telephone. NO reply to either. We also tried to go online to get our account. It wants the last invoice issued, which we don't have. We for months have tried to get this account emailed, but no luck with that either. We have to pay or get cut off. So what now? Who is able to assist us? More than desperate.
We had a problem when a cell phone was upgraded. The client is 77 years old. With this, the bank cancelled our banking app for security reasons. We battled for over a week trying to get Nedbank small business to assist. Eventually we went to Baywest and a wonderful lady by the name of Meena. It wasn't even her department, but she went above and beyond. What a truly wonderful experience. She sorted everything out.
