Excellent service, and very eager to help a novice like me. Nice shooting range to practice during the week. Redge and the team are always willing to go the extra mile to make things happen for any client.

Last week I purchased a secondhand bow on Facebook and needed the bow setup done before the lockdown as the person I bought it from is almost 3 inch shorter draw than me. I gave Redge a call at 5pm who welcomed me to come that same evening. As it is quite a drive I only got there at about 6. They where very welcoming and started my bow immediately. AS always I have 10 000 questions which they answered every single one without getting annoyed or anything. In fact they where friendly and pleasant all the way. After about an hour my bow was shooting bullet holes with bare shafts and my cam timing, peep height everything was just perfect. Thank guys for your awesome service and always being willing to help and go the ekstra mile. #SupportLocal #ArchersEdge #Bowtech

I bought my first bow at Archers Edge. The staff was very helpful and very friendly, they made sure our bows (me and my girlfriend) was set up properly. They made us feel welcome and I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone .

I as a novice archer went to archers edge to purchase hunting arrows for warthogs. Upon entering i went to the counter and explained what i was looking for, i was informed i need an x buster 10 mm shaft arrow not knowing better i took the arrows and proceded to the paypoint. Sunday the 11 th of nov we met at groblersdal and the experienced hunters laughed at the fact that i was sold indoor arrows for outdoor hunting. I went back to archers edge in pretoria with the wrongly supplied arrows only to be told there is nothing they can do as the arrows have been cut and fletched all that i mind you i payed for, i am still waiting for a call from the owner Redge, seriously is this the service one gets in the archery game. I payed over a R 1000 plus vat for arrows which is wrong and a company can just treat you and shrug their shoulders, i hope other prospective customers read this before shopping there. I recently started taking up the sport of archery after a few years of inactivity, deciding to buy a bow from a 2nd-hand seller. We agreed to meet at Archer's Edge to test out the product before purchasing.
Eventually myself and the woman selling the bow go inside to request if they sold/provided specific equipment and services (in this case, we asked if the staff could assist us in adjusting the bow's draw weight).

To say that their remarks were rude would be a blatant understatement. They immediately remark on how archery is not a ladies' sport and whether or not she wanted the 'real men' to hold her hand and help her while she fired the bow. They didn't even help us, they just sat there making sexist remarks.

This seemed to garner a bunch of laughs from the rest of the staff in the area (all of which were men), after which we took the bow back and figured it out ourselves - they just wouldn't help us or even answer our questions.

If these staff members cannot manage simple etiquette and manners when dealing with customers, they shouldn't be doing business in the first place.
