After sales service - disgraceful
Absolutely shocking after sales service. The sales rep only answers your call when she feels like it. Ordering is a 50/50 chance of them having the ink you need and please take note they are the sole distributors so they do have you by the jugular. Please also for the love of life do not sell anything to them. It takes you months and attorney fees to get your money out of them eventhough they picked up the machine a month ago.

Disgraceful Company
The company makes promises but cant keep to it i always place orders with them sometimes i get it sometimes dont then they quiet about it........i went into their branch in Kyalami the friendly Receptionist helped me very polite lady but she also told me they letting her go because the company isnt making money anymore which she believes is a lie........they only think about themselves
