Absolutely appalling customer service from Simone and when i did not want to get of the phone quick enough she just decided she had enough of me and cut my phone call, She also refused to give her name and i had to call back to get it. She would have given me her name should she have known she treated me in a courteous manner. The whole conversation was a feeling of - why are you wasting my time. Terrible I mean why bother with after care service once you received payment apparently.
We went to the Nike Rosebank 05/12/2020 store and was assisted by a lovely lady called Thandeka. She radiated professionalism, she helped with passion and nothing was too much to ask of her to help us find the perfect fit. I wish all retail staff can learn from her as it would make shopping an absolute pleasure.
Dreadful service at Cinnabon Mall of Africa. 04/12/2020 We waited for the assistant to finish his conversation before he assisted us with a slack attitude. We were not greeted however met with a sigh of "do you really have to make me work now" attitude. We decided to change our order and we were informed he needs the code from the manager. When we asked where the is manager he declared himself to be the manager and how he needs a code from the PC service provider...... I think this was all just a tact to not actually work as he was clearly not feeling it. I really hope the store get's shut down so they can sit at home and not work as clearly that is where their ambitions are at.
Absolutely shocking after sales service. The sales rep only answers your call when she feels like it. Ordering is a 50/50 chance of them having the ink you need and please take note they are the sole distributors so they do have you by the jugular. Please also for the love of life do not sell anything to them. It takes you months and attorney fees to get your money out of them eventhough they picked up the machine a month ago.
Most unhelpful driver with the worst attitude that actually made me feel unsafe in my own office. He left without taking a parcel as that is the attitude they have towards getting the job done.
Very professional service from Anneke Rex. All concerns were addressed within the hour and she went the extra mile to try and make all of this as easy and convenient as possible for us.
Brilliant quick service at a very good price from Classique Optical Greenstone to do my drivers eye test! I can highly recommend them.
Absolutely wonderful service and products. The laser hair removal really works and the facials are amazing! The Bedfordview salon manager Gerdie is absolutely fantastic. She always remembers your name and welcomes you back with a smile. Portia the technician is always so cheerful you cannot help but to leave cheerful yourself.
I am appalled at the service that was rendered by Schindler’s conveyancing department and must be honest in saying if my employees rendered business like the service I was provided with we would have closed doors ages ago. I cannot recommend Schindler’s conveyancing at all as they have not only left a horrible bitter taste in my mouth but also cost me additional as I had to appoint another attorney to monitor my transfer and if it was not for the third party we would probably still be waiting as nothing is done proactively, communications were delayed and a general attitude of we do not really care was what I got. Absolutely shocking.
We had the pleasure to deal with Carla Jooste. She was very professional and absolutely a pleasure to deal with over the phone. I asked her a couple of times to call us back and she did every time without hesitation. We need more Carla's to improve service in all sectors. Thank you!
