Very disappointing
The laser boutique linksfield...Rude rude rude, no sense of hospitality/customer service at all. Worse The lady at reception had the audacity to even shout at ME!

Misleading
Their specials are always misleading. Also you need more sessions with them compared to other salons. They seem to start your sessions on a very low setting. I am guessing they do this so you would need more sessions.

Their specials are always misleading. Also you need more sessions with them compared to other salons. They seem to start your sessions on a very low setting. I am guessing they do this so you would need more sessions.

Avoid Botox at The Laser Beautique Woodlands
Garth Blunden works from The Laser Beautique in Woodlands Boulevard in Pretoria and is not a medical Dr but convinced me that he is capable of Botox treatment as this is his 'passion'. He charges above average per unit and my results were horrendous. This was not my first time having Botox done. He wants part payment upfront and then shrugs negative results off as a 1% chance.

Laser Beautique ROSEBANK a RIP-OFF
I was charged R1200 for the RegimA Derma Zest (500ml) by this retail in December 2018 & at the same time a competing salon sold the product to me for R799 (contact me for their details on *********** if you've not money to waste on greedy businesses who prefer to swindle their customers) When I queried the inflated price with the Laser Beautique Rosebank the company's director that the 500ml is a salon-only product as only the smaller and much less price-economical cleanser is sold to customer. He then continued to point out that I received a great saving by being charged R1200 only as the price of R1745 would have been more appropriate!! To add insult to injury, the director then threaten me with legal action if I spoke of my most unfortunate experience on any social media platform.. I have since informed the Office of the Consumer Protector of this incident. It seems one can never be too careful with SA retailers

Bad service
I paid 34 thousand for Lazer and electrolysis. After 6 months I emigrated and they promised my money back. First bad job not worth the money spent and after 6 weeks they still have not refunded me. I have emailed and had a response. Still no refund which is thousands

I have been going to the laser beautique in Fairmont for the last 8 months and on the couple of months they have changed my appointment around because a consultant had other arrangements on that day someone else was supposed to do the laser but she felt uncomfortable. The hair is still growing and there has only been a slight change. Today the 4th May 2019 had an appointment for 9am but called in and there is nothing in the dairy instead of rescheduling she said she will calk me back. The excuse was that there had been lots of resignation. I am completely dissatisfied of how I have been treated and of the attitude of the place.

Great Salon Experience!
Absolutely wonderful service and products. The laser hair removal really works and the facials are amazing! The Bedfordview salon manager Gerdie is absolutely fantastic. She always remembers your name and welcomes you back with a smile. Portia the technician is always so cheerful you cannot help but to leave cheerful yourself.

Great Salon Experience!
