I have tried over and over to cancel my contract with vodacom. Still waiting after two months for them to cancel my contract. They keep trying to talk me into something else and all I want is my contract to be cancelled and moved to pay as you go.
The cartrack unit was installed before the car was sold to me by the dealership. But the person who came to switch on the unit tells me that there was not even a unit in the car to begin with and he had to install one. He showed up there without me being informed of when he was going to show up. When I tried to log into my account/app I could not log in. I sent through a ticket on the issue I was having logging in it took them 5 days to get back to me. Then when they sent me the car details all the information was wrong when I sent it through to the company they ignored my email but when the car dealership told them the details were wrong they answered him immediately. I have sent through other tickets which no one still has gotten back to me. I have since then put in a cancellation request and still no acknowledgement. I have even sent emails to the CEO that they have on cartrack's website but the CEO has not even responded. It is less then a week that I was with them and it has been one problem after the next. I want my Caratrack cancelled immediately and this night mare to end.
We took out a pet insurance policy and at first great to have it very friendly and accommodating. Then as time has gone by it is more and more difficult to submit a claim. Very unpleasant to deal with some of the staff. Now I want to cancel and no cares to loosing a customer. Seems like there customers are not important to there business.
I was with them Discovery Insure when first started was not a great experience kept changing things on the policy. So moved to outsurance. I got a call from a broker selling Discovery Insure and tells me things have changed and it is better listened to the pitch and made the decision to go back. Not even a week back with them and they are giving me the run around. When I use the app to find out what needs to happen next I get no reply from them and sent again a query on the app nothing. Then I try the email I send two emails in two days I get an email back asking for my details. But then no answer back from them. I give them a call today the 05/03/2021 get such a run around from the lady on the phone saying the same things over and over again. Totally disregarding the fact that no one has contacted me from discovery in over a week. Keeps telling me the app does not have my details which is what the point of the app. Then I want to cancel and no one picks up the call for me to speak to holding for half an hour. Nothing has changed there they are still as bad.

I was at Engen Restonvale service station and the petrol attended was very rude. Asked him to put in 93 and he deliberately put 95 petrol. Not only that he broke my back tyre valve and then in a really rude tone of voice told me to get out my car and I must fix it cause it is dangerous but still had the cap on. His name is Lebo.
There are so many reason: 1) Your call center or customer care takes forever to pick up the phone. 2) When a person eventually gets an agent and the person queries what the person has to the agent puts the person on hold forever and a day. 3) When a person tries to call back the phone is dropped in the person's ear. 4) The drivers are lies I was waiting right at the gate where the security guard was and the sms said that the parcel was undeliverable because I was unavailable when I was right there ate the gate. 5) I was told that it would be rescheduled but no one from takealot offices contacted me to find out when it would be convenient to deliver the package I was told via sms when takealot thinks it is best for me to receive it. 6) When the driver got to my offices he did not go to the reception he just asked some person standing at the front of the building for me and of cos this person said they don't know who I was. This has really been a very bad experience and I do not see myself using takealot again and if I have family or friends that are keen on shopping on takealot I will definitely express how I feel about your company. I know why takealot does not have a complaints cos they would be inundated with emails and phone calls.
I have been going to the laser beautique in Fairmont for the last 8 months and on the couple of months they have changed my appointment around because a consultant had other arrangements on that day someone else was supposed to do the laser but she felt uncomfortable. The hair is still growing and there has only been a slight change. Today the 4th May 2019 had an appointment for 9am but called in and there is nothing in the dairy instead of rescheduling she said she will calk me back. The excuse was that there had been lots of resignation. I am completely dissatisfied of how I have been treated and of the attitude of the place.
Nedbank is the worst I left a complaint for them via email that there call center took over a half an hour to answer my call. It took them 2 days to get back to me about the complaint. Then when I did get a call from them the guy said he is going to follow up and call me back nearly 2 days again and I have heard nothing. I am very sure FNB will help me out a lot better then Nedbank
I just returned a golf shirt which was a large priced at R229 and when I went to exchange it for a medium I was charged R250. The pricing should be exactly the same why was I charged a different price.
