Loud music and lots of kids running around. AFTER I CANCELLED I NEVER RECIEVED MY REFUND!!!!
I booked this place for a quiet weekend away from December 14-16, 2024. However, upon my arrival, I was met with complete chaos. Instead of the tranquil escape I was expecting, the venue was hosting a party filled with children running around everywhere, completely ruining the peaceful atmosphere I sought. Immediately frustrated, I decided to cancel my booking and asked for a refund. To my dismay, it has now been weeks, and I still haven't received my money back. Celeste, the person responsible for processing refunds, has been giving me excuse after excuse—citing things like her child being sick. This level of unprofessionalism is infuriating, and I am at a loss for how to resolve this situation. If you're looking for a respectful and tranquil getaway, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. It’s been nothing but a hassle, and I will definitely not be returning. Save yourself the trouble!

I am beyond furious with the appalling level of service I’ve received—it’s honestly disgusting! I can’t help but suspect there’s an underlying element of ****** in how they treat their customers. From the blatant gaslighting to the constant lies and attempts to undermine my intelligence, this has been my experience since purchasing my car from this company four months ago. To this day, they still haven’t settled my old car, and dealing with them has turned into a twisted cat-and-mouse game. If you value your peace of mind, **do not** buy your car from this dealership! My old car isn’t settled, my refund hasn’t been paid, and now I can’t even file my overdue tax returns. My life is at a complete standstill, and I’m now forced to take legal action!

Very disappointing
The laser boutique linksfield...Rude rude rude, no sense of hospitality/customer service at all. Worse The lady at reception had the audacity to even shout at ME!
