I booked this place for a quiet weekend away from December 14-16, 2024. However, upon my arrival, I was met with complete chaos. Instead of the tranquil escape I was expecting, the venue was hosting a party filled with children running around everywhere, completely ruining the peaceful atmosphere I sought. Immediately frustrated, I decided to cancel my booking and asked for a refund. To my dismay, it has now been weeks, and I still haven't received my money back. Celeste, the person responsible for processing refunds, has been giving me excuse after excuse—citing things like her child being sick. This level of unprofessionalism is infuriating, and I am at a loss for how to resolve this situation. If you're looking for a respectful and tranquil getaway, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. It’s been nothing but a hassle, and I will definitely not be returning. Save yourself the trouble!

The worst breakfast ever. In all my travelling which is so regular that i am lodging 2 to 3 times in a Month in different Provinces and African countries but i have never seen a ala carte menu for breakfast. Covid-19 did not change that rule as i am working close with the health Authorities in all the countries that i travell to. The menu does not really accomodate non-pork eaters. I had to order a farmer's breakfast that has only one meat item which is a very cheap brand patty that tastes like cardboard, i think the brand is "Today" They said they will make me 2 beef sausages but guess what, i received onion, eggs, mushrooms, tomato amd one patty. All cold. The staff was so frustrated by lack or shortage of items in the kitchen. The taste was just as bad. I would rate them as follows: Accomodation 7/10 Food (breakfast) 1/50 or 2/100 or 0.01/10 General experience, so far since i am still here 4/10 and i am also considering the bad weather. Advise, avoid the food. You will be disappointed for sure. I know a lot of cheaper places that offers much better food and accomodative to non-pork eaters. The hospitaluty industry in general needs to know that more and more people are beginning to avoid pork due to tonsillitis and the fact that it has a 98% human DNA. Even during level 5 lockdown i have been travelling due to the nature of my work and i saw more places offering a variety and it was NOT ala carte menu for breakfast, its a rediculous idea. Lesotho, Swaziland, DRC, Tanzania, Namibia, India, Mozambique, Angola, Botswana and Zambia, i have never seen ala carte menu for breakfast. Need to change.
