Loud music and lots of kids running around. AFTER I CANCELLED I NEVER RECIEVED MY REFUND!!!!

I booked this place for a quiet weekend away from December 14-16, 2024. However, upon my arrival, I was met with complete chaos. Instead of the tranquil escape I was expecting, the venue was hosting a party filled with children running around everywhere, completely ruining the peaceful atmosphere I sought.

Immediately frustrated, I decided to cancel my booking and asked for a refund. To my dismay, it has now been weeks, and I still haven't received my money back. Celeste, the person responsible for processing refunds, has been giving me excuse after excuse—citing things like her child being sick.

This level of unprofessionalism is infuriating, and I am at a loss for how to resolve this situation. If you're looking for a respectful and tranquil getaway, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. It’s been nothing but a hassle, and I will definitely not be returning. Save yourself the trouble!
