I ajve seen hospitals in my life and I must say that Lenmed Kathu hospital is probably worse than Baragwanath. It provides the ultimate worse service from reception towards. Nurses sit and chat while a patient rings the red button for attention. Nurses have no sense or urgency. I went to the emergency rooms taking a patient and the male nurse we found there was almost as if he was not interested in the patient. No movement what so ever. At the ward it was just worse. Over a number of days the patient was just complaining and begging us to take her to a different hospital. After asking questions around, I found that the main problem is with the Senior management hence the hospital does not have many Nurses and depends on Nurses that come in for extra cash. It is said the management is terrible so nobody cares about any patient. The biggest priority is payment and that is all. This hospital needs a new management and new nurses, period. Further evidence, you will not find their customer care email address f9r their headoffice anywhere.
Today is went to Buco in Kathu. I was first assisted by a lady who was later joined by another lady. It was obvious they were not really clued up and did not have some appetite to assist but they then referred me to a gentleman, Mr. Johannes Sekwati. Wow the service, the product knowledge, the advise, the kindness was beyond. In current day peo0le working at these type of establishments do not worry much about customer service because most often the hard workers do not get promoted, is only the fortunate few with zero knowledge get the good posts. Mr. Johannes Sekwati assisted me so greatly and I saw him assisting an older lady as well and he was so kind. Big ups to Mr. Johannes Sekwati at Buco Kathu, Man you are the 👌 best. Keep it up. I hope you will soon be high up there. Thank you so much for your help and patience. God bless you abundantly
16/12/0224 Visited Nandos at the Muddleburg Mall and was warmly welcomed by Sisi Nomfundo. I am a regular here but today was my first time receiving such a good customer service. She told me I can sit down if I want to and she will come and take the order. Regularly she came to check on me. Sadly though, there was another lady that was later at the entrance, she was just on her phone. Nomfundo was great. Today was a great day at Nandos - does not happen everyday
We drove from the Nothern Cape to Mpumalanga last night. We decided to stop for supper at Mike's Kitchen Klerksdorp. On entry, the welcome was warm and we were handed to our waiter. It was easy to pick up that the Gentlement is highly experienced in the restaurant business. He can hear you before you speak, understand you as a customer and knows his menu and the different items that can go perfectly with your meal. We had steaks, pizza's and burgers. Based on our order, our food was made to perfection and at the perfect temperature (hot). The sauce that he recommended for me and the one he recommended for my wife were super perfect. The specials were amazing. R59.00 for a 200g sirloin steak with chips and onion rings? That's is a serious special. The meat quality was superb and everything else was excellent. Our waiter Mr. Thabo was super amazing. My wife, the kids, we all just too amazed by his service and recommendations. Need a meal in Klerksdorp? Go to Mike's Kitchen. Need an excellent service? Thabo is your go to guy. Very humble, polite and understanding of your needs. Just explain what you want. We often expect people to guess what we want forgetting that they are human. Thank you so much Thabo and thank you Mike's Kitchen for your prices. When doing long distance, price is always an issue. Mike's Kitchen really saved us for real. The company's customer care service does not respond to queries. The gps system they use does not have all street address and some are incorrect. The customer service is the same as wimpy.......bad to non-existant
Had an isntallation done after it was sold to me with the beleive that i will be able to install an app. After installation as compared to all the other companies, i did not get any call regarding what i should do next (poor service & unprofessional error 1) eventually i called and the ladies at customer care are so impatient and they are in a hurry (poor service 2). I was eventually assisted with online logins and told i will be called back about the app, still waiting (poor service 3). The technician said to me, "i dont know the next step, maybe someone will call you. I think there is an app that works with it" I went on the online website to try and track my vehicle and i only get yesterdays information. The vehicle is parked but i see it in a different town moving (poor service 4). I though to myself that maybe i am making mistakes so i request for tutorials on how to use the system. I am still waiting (poor service 5). I am so scared of calling considering how unfriendly are the people i spoke to so far, its frightening. Foe every email sent, i am always told someone will call me, when it happens, that person is unfriendly. Terrible service really. Extremely bad, bad, bad, bad This company is not for someone who needs a peace of mind. Nothing is ever complete and they are indeed too busy to focus on a customer.
On the 22/11/2023 i placed an order and also received an order number, today the 4th of December 2023 i called and i was not given a valid reason why the order was not dispached. I went on the websites trying to chech for truworths complaints only to find on one website that they have only 43/574 complaints resolved. Extremely bad
I visited the Curve gear shop in Menlyn for the first time. The excellent service i received from the staff was 5/5. Excellent clothing items, pricey though but i am happy
FNB Connect is probably the worst service that can ever be provided to a person. I finally leant that FNB is a bank and not a cellphone service provider. The most recent incident happened from the morning of the 15th of June to the morning of the 17th of June where i had zero network. Cant receice or make calls. Today the 21st all calls coming in only ring once and automatically hangs up. In any breakdown, FNB does note even send an sms to apologise for their failure to provide the service that i payed for. When i wrote an email to raise a complaint, the person that eventually calls, does not have an answer. They call to ask what is the issue while i already raised the issue via email. Then they say they will escalate. Its a disaster. If you can, run away from FNB connect. Too many breakdowns. No answers to any questions by the service agents.
On the 6th of March 2023 i raised an issue with Bonitas who escalated it to PPN and a query number was given to me and that was it. 17 days later i still have no response. Sent a followup email and still no response They highly encourage the use of self help service and email while they are not attended to. They offer the poorest service ever. I always hear that Government services are the worst but i have never experienced such, try PPN Optical Network of Choice and see what they mean by "network of choice" they mean horrifying experience at the highest level. Unfortunately youy dont choose them, your medical aid chooses them and in this case Bonitas is my medical aid.
