I had purchased a 9 slice toaster in March 2019. The toaster stopped heating and was sent back to the company for repairs in May 2019. To date the toaster was not returned. I have spoken to Sanet on numerous occasions and was told that she is waiting for couriers to pick it up and that she would call me back but she never has. I have had to buy a replacement toaster and now demand a full refund. It has been more than 6 months waiting for a fully paid toaster that only worked for 2months.
