I had purchased a 9 slice toaster in March 2019. The toaster stopped heating and was sent back to the company for repairs in May 2019. To date the toaster was not returned. I have spoken to Sanet on numerous occasions and was told that she is waiting for couriers to pick it up and that she would call me back but she never has. I have had to buy a replacement toaster and now demand a full refund. It has been more than 6 months waiting for a fully paid toaster that only worked for 2months.
Nalini Maharaj is a Pathetic fraudster. I had purchased a property and the seller (Mr Misra) insisted on using NMA attorneys as the conveyancers. In order to obtain a rates clearance certificate the seller had to pay off all outstanding municipal debt. This was in excess of 400 000. NMA managed to take the matter to high court and get the clearance certificate by paying the account partially and disputing the balance of 65000. To date, this has not been settled by the seller, NMA has given me no response as to the outcome of their court case and I am sitting with an account that I cannot transfer onto my name and therefore have my electricity cut every month. Even though I pay my monthly usage. After consulting other attorneys she now claims to be unable to contact her client (the seller) and may "withdraw" as the attorney. What's worse is that the seller and Nalini Maharaj have been in a relationship.

I am a valued client of FNB and have been for the past 12years. Their banking service is excellent but i cannot say the same for their insurance. I had put through a claim in February 2015 for hail damage to my vehicle. My claim was authorised in May 2015. I had already moved back to Durban by then and had asked FNB to give me a panel beater in Durban. Each time I called I was told by a consultant that they would speak to the claim advisor - Patience, and call me back. I never received any calls. FNB then moved to iwyze who then contacted me regarding the claim and I had once again told the consultant that i need a panelbeater in Durban. He said he will email Ms Mofokeng and cc me on the email, which he did, she never responded. I am tired of calling and waiting, I want my vehicle to be fixed so that I can go back to my previous insurer.
