I purchased and paid in full from Arctica Refrigeration & Catering equipment also, Trading as We Do All, for a gas geyser on 19 September 2019. I followed up on the order on 23rd, I was informed the parcel will be picked up by the courier from their Cape Town warehouse on Wednesday 25th after which I will receive weigh-bill information. the story changes from Cape town warehouse to Johannesburg depot but still no weigh-bill information. it is now 21 days since they have my money still no purchased item.
