When Doctors become ************ businesses! My medical aid short paid a doctor's claim by R89, the doctor's practice now charged me R889 (1000%) in interest and collection fees.
Today 29th September under Covid 19 Level 1, Eskom customer service offices in downtown Tzaneen are closed yet staff remains locked inside and refuses to see customers. even the Telephone numbers posted on the closed door are non-functional. It seems Eskom employees don't want to work, at very least don't want to service their customers.
Pam Golding Properties Tzaneen does not protect tenants. Rental property was not maintained despite complaints, but my rental deposit was embezzled and used to improve the property upon vacation. Pam Golding sided with the owner and allowed the embezzlement of the rental deposit. Pam Golding Head Office was no better. Despite a detailed complaint raised with them, they are not willing to investigate the matter or even give response of their progress. Pam Golding Tzaneen cannot be trusted.
Walked into Home Affairs Tzaneen on 19 July at 14:10, walked out at 14:30 with application for ID card and Passport. Received SMS acknowledging my applications at 14:36. Collected both Passport and ID card on Friday 26 July - 7 days from application to Passport and ID cards in hand, I though I was in another country. Excellent!
I purchased and paid in full from We Do All also trading as Arctica Refrigeration & Catering equipment Trading, for a gas geyser on 19 September 2019. I followed up on the order on 23rd, I was informed the parcel will be picked up by the courier from their Cape Town warehouse on Wednesday 25th after which I will receive weigh-bill information. the story changes from Cape town warehouse to Johannesburg depot but still no weigh-bill information. it is now 21 days since they have my money still no purchased item.

Worst service ever! Translux website does not even have customer service contact numbers not even a contact form. Customer service contact numbers found via google are not even answered. Absolute terrible service. My daughter was supposed to travel from Johannesburg to Limpopo today 11/09/2019. Translux accepted her reservation and payment on Monday 9/92019 yet by then they knew that their drivers are on strike. Furthermore, Translux did not bother to inform their passengers that the trip has been cancelled. to make matters worse, when asking for the refund, we are sent from pillar to post. Translux depo says she must go back to kiosk where she bought and paid for the ticket, when she gets to the kiosk, she is told she must go back to Translux Park station.
FOr four rental contract in a row since Dec 2014, Avis want to do as they please with one's credit card and dont follow procedures. On all my four rentals with Avis, the pre-authorization, they hold funds as per procedure. at the conclusion of the contract, they make an unauthrised deduction from my account without reversing the funds hold. They are quick to take what is owed to them, but to release the hold takes forever. My bank cannot release the funds until they receive the go ahead from Avis' bank. All I get from Avis is that the funds will be released in three working days. three days later, anotherthree working days. <br> <br> I olny have this problem when I rent from Avis, non of the other rental suppliers have this poor practice!
