Greetings,<br> <br> I sent an e-mail to Elsa on 8/01/16 informing them that my 2 pots were broken and needed replacing. She didn't respond. I followed up on 21/01 and still no response. On 22/01 I received a call from my Marketer Jan Botha and he indicated to me that I needed to place an order and pay for those pots. I told him I find it strange because they assured us when we bought and Marketed the pots for them to other people, that they had a lifetime guarantee and the more we use them the stronger they become. I sent an e-mail to Elsa again on 27/01 to follow up and I still didn't get receive a response. On 29/01 she sent me an e-mail again about marketing stuff and I called her and said she must stop sending me promotions and promised that she was working on my complaint. To date I haven't heard from her. That's why I'm writing to you.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Sibongile<br>
