Greetings, I bought my iPhone 4S in Mar 15 at Klerskdorp branch cash. In Jul 15 the speaker went dead. I went to the branch but it was closed and no referral to another branch was given. I called the call center and they couldn't help me with the closest branch. In Sept the phone could no longer charge. I located a store in Potch end Nov and the consultant told me about a shutdown in Dec. I sent it in Jan 16 and was returned in Feb unfixed. I returned it and they asked if I had FMIP and I said no, but they booked it in again and the repairs sent it back. I tried to connect with the link that they gave on my laptop to deactivate this FMIP at the branch and the consultant saw that it said \no devices\" and the phone couldn't charge for over a week since he put it on charger. He booked it in again and said he will make a note to the repairs center about the fact that the FMIP is not activated. But the repairs center sent me an sms yesterday saying if I don't deactivate FMIP they will return my phone unfixed. I want my phone fixed or replaced, I am tired of travelling to Potch because I stay 50k's from there and I am incurring unnecessary cost at this point without any resolution from "
Greetings,<br> <br> I sent an e-mail to Elsa on 8/01/16 informing them that my 2 pots were broken and needed replacing. She didn't respond. I followed up on 21/01 and still no response. On 22/01 I received a call from my Marketer Jan Botha and he indicated to me that I needed to place an order and pay for those pots. I told him I find it strange because they assured us when we bought and Marketed the pots for them to other people, that they had a lifetime guarantee and the more we use them the stronger they become. I sent an e-mail to Elsa again on 27/01 to follow up and I still didn't get receive a response. On 29/01 she sent me an e-mail again about marketing stuff and I called her and said she must stop sending me promotions and promised that she was working on my complaint.
