I am beyond angry or upset—this company is, without a doubt, the worst I’ve ever dealt with in my entire online shopping experience. I ordered books online on December 18, 2024, and to date, I have received nothing. I’ve been dealing with the manager, Andrew Allson, who has demonstrated zero customer service skills.
I requested a refund, but I have yet to receive any communication from him or his manager, who is supposedly on a business trip and unable to process refunds. 'I escalated the issue to Nicole Staffen, but for nearly three weeks now, all I’ve heard is that "there’s nothing I can do on my side."
Meanwhile, schools are opening next week, and my child still doesn’t have their books. I am appalled by this disgraceful service and would NEVER recommend this business to anyone. I spent R2,200 on this order, and nothing has been resolved. Andrew is so Rude and no help at all this business does not take customers seriously
