I am beyond angry or upset—this company is, without a doubt, the worst I’ve ever dealt with in my entire online shopping experience. I ordered books online on December 18, 2024, and to date, I have received nothing. I’ve been dealing with the manager, Andrew Allson, who has demonstrated zero customer service skills. I requested a refund, but I have yet to receive any communication from him or his manager, who is supposedly on a business trip and unable to process refunds. 'I escalated the issue to Nicole Staffen, but for nearly three weeks now, all I’ve heard is that "there’s nothing I can do on my side." Meanwhile, schools are opening next week, and my child still doesn’t have their books. I am appalled by this disgraceful service and would NEVER recommend this business to anyone. I spent R2,200 on this order, and nothing has been resolved. Andrew is so Rude and no help at all this business does not take customers seriously
I had ordered food but it was sent to the incorrect address and Uber does not want to take responsibility nor refund me im annoyed. What i have noticed over time is that they do not want to take any responsibility and will just say "Unfortunately" i was charged twice for food that didn't even leave the shop. im levied. The first order was the incorrect address and the second order was debited and never received the food. being charged R266 x2 for food you didn't get its ridiculous I'm getting rid of this app and to say I'm disappointed its an under statement.
