ARIVA SETTLES SHORT NOT ACCEPTABLE

My vehicle was stolen, the damage report from Netassess Bedfordview does NOT make sense firstly. Nr2 the amount that Ariva wants to settle is unacceptable. Now we would like to have records back then when MR PJ Gates signed for the vehicle that the % of market value for settlement where is vehicle is lost or stolen was explained. NOW that there is a claim they want to deduct excess pay out a % of market value. WE won't accept this settlement unless you have proof where the Ariva consultant explained this. DO you understand that your account was settled through the dealer so you have your money and we will now be liable for R30 000 plus shortfall. Natasha even if you ONLY handle the administration of the insurance you form part of this query. I don't care if ARIVA is self assured i will take this to the next level.
