I ordered Perfume, for ladies Hugo Boss deep red. The order i got is for MEN They are not answering my what's apps or phone calls or emails. Not a good experience please do think twice before you order from them
Bonitas recently changed their internal pharmacy to MARARA, i have never ever experienced such bad service with a pharmacy. NO feedback, NO communication NOT even from Bonitas themselves. We've been with Bonitas for almost 10 years now and this is what we get, considering to change medical aid. Chronic meds gets delivered 5-7 days late, meaning that you miss these days. I mean there must be something urgent in the word Chronic???????????????????????????????????????????? I am disgusted and will never use MARARA pharmacy again, not sure what you guys are doing there you might as well GO HOME
I need to report Fatima at Dr Rolland in Suite 10 Mulbarton Hospital. Mom has been admitted under Dr Rolland quite a number of times now, however her reception lady at her practice is unfriendly, unhelpful, and very obstructive. They hardly communicate hence all my emails to them; Fatima told me straight to my face she doesn't want to read my emails. My Mom is a chronic patient suffering from COPD and it's crucial to get feedback especially when it comes to Dr' Scripts. She told me it's because I'm white that i treat her they way i do but for me client's come first in her case patient's. She also told my Mom that Dr will decline to assist us or my Mom going forward because due to the fact that there was a big miscommunication issue. We had an appointment on 27th May, i stay in Benoni Mom stays in Meyerton. I had to request time off work to get Mom there. When we got there Fatima only then confirmed she send an email to say they moving it to the 28th????? Not an SMS or phone call to ask us if we are available on the 28th I'm a full day employee and can't just go any day I want. I find communication at their practice VERY,VERY POOR and not just communication assistance as well
I am still waiting for urgent chronic meds to be delivered since 14th April no one is coming back to me I spoke to Rosslyn on Friday up to now no call back I URGENTLY request delivery and a call
I would like to share our experience with a nurse called Sr Sharon Mokgabudi, ICU section. Sometimes I wonder why certain people are employed in a specific sector if they don't belong there. My Grand father aged 80 years old currently in ICU, Arwyp is not getting the best treatment that he deserves and the nurse we dealt with has a unexeptable attitude towards the family she's rude, you can't have a decent conversation with her just by the way she looks at you her body language and responses I'm not to sure why she's employed I ICU section????????. We are still looking for his dentures that got lost from his draw yesterday morning we need the dentures to be found please and asking for camera footage for yesterday morning/Saturday evening's staff on duty please date 22March/23 March 2025
Please review your food Menu @ Mulbarton Hospital patients don't look forward to meals please remember that you are dealing with a human being, not just a job that needs to get done why can other netcare hospitals provide decent food but Mulbarton not

Claim: COM148203JB/132 Natasha Khumalo, Econorisk and Theuns Cloete our contact person. My vehicle was stolen, the damage report from Netassess Bedfordview does NOT make sense firstly. Nr2 the amount that Ariva wants to settle is unacceptable. Now we would like to have records back then when MR PJ Gates signed for the vehicle that the % of market value for settlement where is vehicle is lost or stolen was explained. NOW that there is a claim they want to deduct excess pay out a % of market value. WE won't accept this settlement unless you have proof where the Ariva consultant explained this. DO you understand that your account was settled through the dealer so you have your money and we will now be liable for R30 000 plus shortfall. Natasha even if you ONLY handle the administration of the insurance you form part of this query. I don't care if ARIVA is self assured i will take this to the next level.
Now we agree on a set debit order date for a reason. My debit order is arranged for th 25th not the 20th you can't just debit my account when you see funds in the account before the debit order date i won't allow it. reverse my debit order immediately this is not meant for this account.
