UNFAIR AND WRONG COMMUNICATIONS

In March 2019 I took a car with Ariva and I was assisted by a lady named Lucy Seketi, She advised me that at the end of the contact i will have to pay 10% of the car value to keep the car, unfortunately i did not request this writing because this was communicated telephonically. Now my lease is coming to and end in April 2023 and i am being told that I have to pay -+R96 960.00. The value of the case is -+-R140 000.00 and I am being told now that they calculate 80% of the purchased amount.

I have been dealing someone by the name of Thenus Cloete who apparently is the manager who advised that Lucy is no longer working with ariva and what I was told does not apply and they cannot help me and no one else can help because of "Hearsay"

I find this really unfair because this is why i took out the contract in the first place, this a total rip off. My Monthly installment is R5256.00 for R48 months, by the end of the term i would have paid R252 288,00. This is a total rip off.
