A complete ****. Bought Kpop jewelry and it never arrived. No contact details, FB page inactive and no Insta. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. They are powered by Shopify but it's difficult to follow up

DONT ORDER FROM ARMY AFRICA
Do not order from them!!! I first placed an order in Feb 2023 and had no issues but I placed a second order in July 2024 and have not received it, even though shipping states 1 - 3 business days. I received the confirmation email of payment but since then nothing. Their contact email address is invalid and there is no other way to contact them. I have tried on Instagram and Facebook. No responses.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Ordered an item on 1 March with express shipping (1-3 days, shipping cost R100). It's now 30 March and still no delivery. Sent an email to their supposed contact email: info@armyafrica.com, and the email bounced.

I regret placing an order from Army Africa, I've been waiting for an email to confirm my order but still nothing and mind you I placed the order on the 26 of October and they claimed to do express shipping. They don't respond to their Instagram messages and their email address does not exist and they don't even have a phone number. At this point I've given up on my money and product!

Pathetic customer service with Army Africa. Order for R1099 not delivered, and no refund.
I placed an order on the 27th of October and paid for express shipping which was 1 to 3 days. I have sent numerous emails. Emails are coming back undelivered. I have tried reaching out on social media and still nothing

Do not use Army Africa for any online orders. Website and email confirmation says 1-3 business days for delivery. It has now been 8 business days, no response on emails and no order. Will never get a refund because they actually need topp respond to emails for me to get that.
