Absolutely horrible service. I've been calling and calling to get them to activate my fibre line at home. And I literally already have a vuma fibre line, I just changed my ISP. It's been 10 days and they have not yet activated my line - and I work from home! Unacceptable. I made every effort to make sure my query for activation was logged in their system and still nothing. And on top of that, their internet is so unreliable, it's frustrating.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Ordered an item on 1 March with express shipping (1-3 days, shipping cost R100). It's now 30 March and still no delivery. Sent an email to their supposed contact email: info@armyafrica.com, and the email bounced.
My queries were resolved and the person assisting me went above and beyond to clairfy things for me
I have updated my review because after much back and forth, I got a refund from Shaw Academy, which I appreciate. However, the spam from them is quite frankly annoying. They email and call you non-stop. I had to block their number on my phone. Also, cancelling your subscription is a nightmare. You have to cancel online, then call some number to finish the process, which to me, is excessive and unnecessary.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. I signed up for a free trial and forgot to cancel my subscription. It happens. It has happened to me before, where I forgot to cancel a free trial and I have gotten my refund (with an anti virus service). I cancelled my subscription on the same day, in fact the same afternoon that the payment went off. I reached out to them for a refund, explaining my situation. Instead of simply giving my refund and moving on, Shaw Academy is throwing services at me that I don't want! Why does Shaw Academy insist on not recognizing the fact that I do not want any additional membership? I did not request for 12 months access or a toolkit or an e-certificate. I simply want a refund. This is completely horrible service and I will NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. They also spam you with calls and emails daily! Just avoid the headache and use LinkedIn Learning or something.
I ordered some corporate gifts for an organisation I am a part of and my experience with Creative Brands was positive from beginning to end. Everyone that dealt with my order was helpful and professional. Emails were answered on time, information was readily given and complete and my queries and concerns were always well addressed. The final product was delivered really quickly and was exactly what I hoped they would be! They were also of great value considering how affordable they were. I am definitely looking forward to using their services again, and maybe even ordering something more pricey for a higher quality and 'lux' feel.
