I placed an order on the 27th of October and paid for express shipping which was 1 to 3 days. I have sent numerous emails. Emails are coming back undelivered. I have tried reaching out on social media and still nothing
I purchased a pair of takkies in December, i had to return them at my own cost which was not an issue. Since then, i have tried to get them to replace the takkie. I have sent over a 100 e-mails. They donot take my calls, or reply to my watsapp messages. Every week i get a message saying the takkie has been dispatached which is a lie. Please donot ever puchase from them. They are dishonest and the service is appauling to say the least.
If I could I would not select any star. I purchased a product in February. A few weeks after I was told there was no stock. the a few weeks after, they said they would give me a refund. it is the 12th of May and still nothing. I would have been liasing with Milon. He keeps apologising and saying that I will get my refund, but he has been doing this since March. I will never use this service again. It is beyond pathetic. Taking a customers money and refusing to refund or even provide the service for that matter. Please do not use them.
I made a purchase for a pair of shoes on the 27th of April 20, The shoe was available online and payment was made. I then received an email on the 2nd of may informing me that the shoe was not available and that I could choose to have my money refunded. I requested a refund and to day I have not received my money nor a response. Pathetic would be an understatement. All I want is my money back.
