Dismissive Staff and Management – Extremely Poor Service

I received very poor customer service at Arrie Nel Serene Pharmacy. The staff showed a clear reluctance to assist and displayed a dismissive, unprofessional attitude, as though helping customers was optional.

I escalated the matter to management, hoping for resolution, but unfortunately management displayed the same uncaring and dismissive attitude. There was no accountability, concern, or effort to address the issue.

This level of service is unacceptable, particularly in a pharmacy where professionalism and customer care should be non-negotiable.
