Arrie Nel Medichem Rosepark pharmacy is arguably the best pharmacy in Bloemfontein — with one major drawback: they rarely, if ever, respond to email queries. Even when prescriptions are submitted via their website, there is often no acknowledgement or follow-up. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating, especially when dealing with something as important as medication.

If this issue persists, I may have no choice but to move my business back to Dis-Chem — a company I would strongly prefer not to support. I sincerely hope Medichem can address this communication gap, as their service is otherwise excellent.
